MOTHER CITY BEER PROJECT presents its 3rd annual All Ladies Homebrew Competition!
Our mini festival was designed to honour and encourage ladies to make one of the world's oldest and best beverages, BEER!
Held on South African National Women's Day, this event will take place in The Dairy Shed, at the beautiful Starke Brews, on Sunday the 9th of August (Monday is a holiday).
What to expect:
- Take part in voting and choosing the best beer on the day.
- Taste up to 26 bespoke crafted, small batch beers, all made by lady brewers.
- Beautiful lawn and children's play area (weather permitting).
- DJ Hwang Jang Lee on the decks.
- Free branded glass.
- Awards Ceremony.
- Food, Starke beers and other drinks available. (Cashless)
- Doors open 11:00 – 18:00, Tasting service 12:00 – 17:00 (while stocks last).
- Voting closes at 15:00.
Well behaved children are welcome, but no under 18's are permitted to taste or vote.
